It makes the world seem alot smaller when you can, without electrical power from the wall socket, using (solar or emergency battery power only) you can make contact with people all over the world or in the next state or U.S. Some of our Bubba Net regulars have friends far off as Lebanon, Russia, South America, and countries all over the world. It is easy to make friends once you can make the contact. Sometimes you can actually travel to where they are and meet them face to face !
These pictures were taken at the safety meeting. As you can see everyone was trying to win the prize. The topics included a teamwork session in which the guys where challenged by each other to memorize 15 names of different items individually, then put the guys into three teams of five to see how much better the team does than just the one person. The pictures here are when we where trying to remember the 15 items. The winning team was "THE JACKSON GANG"
